Our service for all kite surfers
At our station you'll find everything for a comfortable and safe kitesurfing holiday.
For guests with own equipment we offer storage boxes for kites and boards, locked and watched over by our night watchman during the night.
A compressor eases the inflation of your kites. For kites from our rental we offer our exclusive pump service - a member of our staff inflates the kite for you.
Our well trained beach personnel assists you while starting and landing your kities and answers questions cooperatively. The rescue boat helps you within minutes in case you should have a problem in the deep water outside of the lagoon.
A speciality at the Kiteboarding Club: Equipment tests! You can test all kites and boards from the rental for free. Convince yourself of the advantages of F-One kites and F-One / Spleene boards. In addition we offer a big test stand with ION Essentials harnesses which can be tested for free as well.
Aside from the services above we also offer a guest computer with free internet, a big games room with a pool table and table football, lockers for your valuables, changing rooms, showers, three sun terraces, a chill out area, a restaurant with wood fire pizza and a bar. If you'd like to relax after your kitesurfing session you can make use if our prefessional massage therapy.
At the end of your vacation you can clean your kites with sweet water in our kite wasing area and let them dry there.
In case your entourage doesn't kite surf, he/she is more than welcome to spend the time and the Kiteboarding Club and make use of our infrastructure - for free!
Safety for our kite surfers
At most of the kite spots on the world you can kite surf for free if you have your own equipment. This is not possible in El Gouna as all beaches here are private beaches.
At our private beach we care for the safety of each and every guest. Because of this, every kite surfer - even if he/she comes with own equipment - has to register at our office. This is the only way we can make sure, that every guest has the required kite surfing skills to guarantee his/her safety and the safety of other guests.
Our beach personnel helps immediately in case a problem with the kite should occur close to the beach. Our rescue boat takes every kite surfer on board in case he/she should have a problem in the deep water. In order to provide these safety services, every customer with own equipment has to pay the storage fee – also if he/she doesn't store the equipment over night at the station and only kitesurfs at daytime.
